Kelli Canady

Artist Bio:

Kelli Canady is a life-long maker of things from Columbus Ohio. Encouraged from a young age to create whatever she could imagine, she dabbled in sewing, beading, cardboard construction, clay, and drawing. Having enjoyed art class in her school career, she followed that passion to college, completing a Bachelor of Arts at The Ohio State University in 2006.

Since then, Kelli has done extensive explorations in abstract acrylic works, drawing from life, still life watercolors, fiber arts and loom weaving, sewing and embroidery, crafting, pottery, and carpentry.

Kelli taught Color Theory in 2019 at Picassos in Upper Arlington, and had a gallery show there of her abstract works.
